Rent per week

€5,200 to €10,600 per week depending on the season. Saturday to Saturday.

The apartment is charged at €1,400 per week in low season and €1,600 per week in high season.

The Main Room: Kitchen / two seating areas / dining

This is a magnificent, large, light living space with views through sliding glass windows over the wooded countryside that surrounds Régousie. It is split into 4 distinct sections and opens onto an elevated terrace that runs the full length of the room.

The first is a large kitchen area with generous work surfaces with 4 bar stools. It has two fridges, two drinks fridges, a freezer, two dishwashers, two gas cookers and a fan oven, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, 3 sinks and is extremely well equipped with cooking appliances. There is all the crockery and cutlery necessary for the number the house accommodates.

There is a large sofa and two arm chairs around a low coffee table. There is then a large dining table seating 14 comfortably. At the opposite end of this room are a further two sofas, centred around a low table and an open stone mantled fireplace.

Entrance Hall and snug sitting area: There is a large entrance hall off which is a smaller sitting area, with two comfortable sofas and an armchair. There is a wood burner and a large flat screen TV. This is a great space in the winter.

Games Room: This is a wonderful room for teenagers and children. It has a piano, a pool table and a selection of children’s toys. There is a very large flat screen TV around which is  a large sofa and two comfortable arm chairs. There is a wood burner. From this room there is access onto a little balcony that overlooks the views of the wooded hills.

Gym: On the lower ground floor there is a gym. The gym has a treadmill, weights, a static bike and a rowing machine.

The apartment can be included for an additional €1,295 per week in low season and €1,455 per week in high season.

The Apartment will never be let separately at the same time as the house.

The Apartment is on the lower ground floor of the property and has its own separate access and can also be accessed from the main house.

It has two additional bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms as well as it’s own kitchen, dining area and sitting room.

There is a wood burner. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, coffee making facilities, toaster, sink, 4 gas rings and an oven.

Main living room terrace: Two sliding doors open onto a raised terrace that overlooks the pool. There are two sofas centered around a low coffee table. There is a dining table seating 12 comfortably. This terrace can either be covered or uncovered by an electrically operated awning.

Cuisine D’été: Overlooking the pool, under two arches is the cuisine d’ete, with kettle, sink, table and a seating area. It has a microwave, a drinks fridge, large fridge, dishwasher and a selection of crockery.

There is a charcoal barbecue and a pizza oven. It has the WC, shower and basin for the pool.

Front Terrace: With a gas barbecue and round table seating 12.

There is table tennis and table football under the shade of an open barn.

In the garden there is a little shepherd’s hut with two bunk beds and a table. The shepherd’s hut normally uses the swimming pool bathroom facilities (with a shower, WC and a basin)

The swimming pool is fenced but you must make sure all access from the house is also locked to fully secure the access.

It has 12 sun beds surrounding the pool and a good number of sun umbrellas providing shade. Bio UV treated – totally natural (basically drinking water).

Depth 1m60 measuring 12m x 7m with a slight gradient. Entry is via three built in steps running the full width of the pool.

There is an electrically operated pool cover.

It has a WC, shower and basin.

Floodlit tennis court with solid end for practice and a basket ball hoop.

Next to the tennis court there are cricket bowling nets and an artificial wicket.
